Enjoy a complimentary 60-minute spa treatment included during your stay in our beautiful spa oasis. Chose from healing, energizing and relaxing treatments, including a soul-stirring sound bath. Daily yoga classes in our tropical surroundings are also included, as are invigorating guided hikes and conservation tours through the rainforest.

Guests will gravitate to Terraza, the beating heart of our reserve & resort — the vaulted, spectacular open structure that houses the finest dining in Panama; breakfast, lunch and dinner are served here daily. Terraza is also the base for around-the-clock planning, lounging, smoothies, coffee, and contemplation; there is room here, overlooking an astounding bay, for everything and every thought. Or choose to be whisked to a private island for a beach picnic with your loved one, or opt for a family feast in the privacy of your own Casita. We will make sure you can savor every bite – any time, anywhere, and always included.

Our talented mixologists have a knack for knowing just how you like your drink.
Whether you’re lounging on a daybed by the infinity pool or recounting the day’s adventures in the Balboa Bar. All of this and more is included during your stay at Islas Secas, covering premium wines, spirits, Champagne and more. The cherry on top is a fully stocked minibar in your casita, replenished daily with your preferred items, with no tab.
