The Terazza is the focal point of the island, and is the perfect, relaxed, open-air setting for guests to enjoy locally sourced dishes, prepared with Panamian flare. Whether it’s crispy fried whole snapper, seared octopus or ceviche, our menu offers delicious dishes with a distinct local flare. Menus change daily using the freshest ingredients, the catch-of-the-day and just-picked produce.
Our daily breakfast includes freshly baked pastries, Greek yogurt, homemade granola, fruit platters with sun ripened, locally grown papaya, mango, pineapple and kiwi.
Sunset BBQs, beach picnics and room service in the casitas can be arranged upon request.
