The Terraza is the focal point of the island, and is the perfect, relaxed, open-air setting for guests to enjoy locally sourced dishes prepared with Panamian flare. Whether it’s crispy fried whole snapper, seared octopus or ceviche, our menu offers delicious dishes with a distinct local flavor. Menus change daily using the freshest ingredients, the catch-of-the-day and just-picked produce.
Our daily breakfast includes freshly baked pastries, Greek yogurt, homemade granola and fruit platters with sun-ripened, locally grown papaya, mango, pineapple and kiwi.
Sunset barbecues, beach picnics and room service in the Casitas can also be arranged upon request.
